Business tools ยท Small teams and solo shops

Grow the work. Guard the door.

Email, a voice, and a website are how a small business, a creator, or a solo shop gets found. They are also how customers get phished, cloned, or billed for a plan they did not mean to keep. These guides compare the well-known tools and the checks that belong next to the signup button.

Pick a guide

Three jobs. The same rule in each one: use the tool, and don't hand a stranger your customers' trust.

Prices live in the guides. Figures that appear there were read from the company's own site on October 10, 2026, except FineVoice prices in the voice guide, which were read on October 16, 2026. Where a page did not show a single number, the guide says to check the current price instead of guessing one.

The safety check, every time

The tool is the easy part. The account around it is what customers trust.

Before you connect a customer list, a voice, or a checkout

  1. Mail people who asked.Put a real from-address and a working unsubscribe on every commercial email. The FTC's CAN-SPAM guide is the short official version.
  2. Don't publish a voice you don't have rights to.A free AI-voice plan is often personal use only. Cloning a real person without permission can break the tool's rules and mislead a customer.
  3. Take payment on the platform's checkout.Use the builder's payments, a custom domain, and HTTPS. A free subdomain with the builder's ads is a hard place to ask for a card.
